It Is hot Outside
I really can't stand the heat. My body will relax if the temperature is under 28°C. But in the tropics, the temperature usually ranges from 30 °C to 35 °C during the day. especially in my country, Indonesia. So, we can only feel cold at night. because the temperature at night usually ranges from 27°C to 29°C. But, I still feel grateful, because in some countries, the temperature is higher. It is all because of global warming.
I am a typical homegirl. I don't go outside. I rarely leave the house. I only go if it is absolutely necessary. Sometimes, when I leave the house and spend about 30 minutes or more in the outdoors, I feel like my skin is burnt. It feels like it is really hot.
I put sunscreen on my face, hands, and legs. I also apply some cream after applying sunscreen to make sure my body and face are covered well. But still, my skin, especially on my face, is blushing. Not blushing because I am shy, but sort of getting inflamed. I guess my skin type is sensitive. So when I get home, after cooling down my body, I wash my face and put on the aloe vera that I made a few days ago.
I never did this before, making aloe vera fresh from our garden for my skincare. I want my face to feel some tender loving care after it gets burnt by the heat.
So, I pick some aloe vera, clean them, and slice the skin, then use a spoon to get the jelly thing and slime. After that, I put them one by one in a little jar. Just like this
I think this magical plant is really helping me soothe my skin. 🌸🌸🌸
